AVX Corporation introduces the new T4C Series HRC4000 medical grade, solid tantalum
microchip capacitors. Designed for use in the filtering, hold-up, timing, and pulsing circuits
within implantable, non-life-support and non-implantable life support applications, the T4C
Microchip Medical Series delivers the smallest medical tantalum capacitors available in
the industry (0402 case sizes) with low DC leakage levels (0.01CV or 0.3µA), in addition to
change control for consistent supply and high standard reliability better than 0.1% failures
per 1,000 hours, which is 10 times better than standard commercial reliability.

capacitors are manufactured and tested
using AVX’s patented and extremely
effective Q-Process technology.
All output options and excitation voltages are
field selectable. Ideal applications include
monitoring the forces needed to raise the roof
of a blimp hanger.

Ironwood Electronics’ PB-FLEX300-Z-01 Socket Probe Adapter allows high-speed testing of flex module while accessing the signals using testers via FPC

Ironwood’s PB-FLEX300-Z-01 Socket Probe Adapter consists of two parts. The
Probe board with FPC connectors for multiple groups of signals and clamshell
socket to accommodate 300 pad flex module, 0.5mm pitch device under test.
The spring pin socket is constructed with high performance stamped spring
pin with 14 gram actuation force per ball and cycle life of 50,000 insertions. The
self inductance of the contactor is 0.98 nH, insertion loss < 1 dB at 31.7 GHz.

Universal In-Line Signal Conditioner For
The OMEGA® IN-UVI in-line signal conditioner is housed in a rugged
stainless steel enclosure, which is connected between the transducer and
a readout instrument. While providing easy accessibility for transducer
field calibrations, especially when space is limited, the IN-UVI provides a
great solution for applications where a transducer must be located in a
hostile environment or some distance away from the display.
The IN-UVI supplies a highly regulated bridge excitation voltage for the
transducer or load cell and a host of features including: improved signal
to noise ratio, two selectable excitation voltages, wide zero adjustment
range, and an isolated shunt calibration relay for quick field setup. All
